2. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in Austin, Texas.
3. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, to which you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes by:
